An NGO faced a serious crisis in its human resources department. One of the new employees complained about racism in the department and wanted to take the matter to court.
KEVROX was mandated to manage this crisis. All employees concerned were able to express their views freely. KEVROX’s intervention prompted management to update its company rules and take strict, concrete action against those who demonstrated inappropriate behavior.

In the space of two months, one company had to deal with 3 cases of burn-out and sick leave.
