Family success during a business transfer

After more than 30 years in business, an entrepreneur nearing retirement wanted to sell his factory. With takeover bids well below his expectations, he opted to transfer his activities to his daughter and several of his company’s executives.

KEVROX has been appointed to take over the operational management of the company ad interim during a 6-month transition period.

During this time, strategic objectives and KPI’s were defined and put in place, the new director and managers were trained, new talent was recruited and new products were developed. Sales jumped by 12% and operating income by 7%.

Startup restructuring: financial and commercial turnaround

A local start-up was facing financial difficulties and bleak prospects. The Board and CEO have appointed KEVROX to the position of Chief Operating Officer for a period of 3 months.

During this period, KEVROX noted a very low percentage of projects converted due to a significant lack of commercial competence, totally unrealistic targets and considerable costing errors.
