Industrial audit: 30% increase in sales<\/h3>\n

A major group specializing in precious metals commissioned KEVROX to carry out an industrial audit with a view to opening up new markets. <\/p>\n

The analysis immediately revealed that sales prices were below cost, and that machinery and equipment were obsolete and not adapted to customers’ quality requirements. An action plan and a new, realistic business plan have been drawn up.<\/p>\n

PMI turnaround: lost customers recovered<\/h3>\n

An SME found itself in a delicate financial situation, following the departure of 4 customers in the space of a few months.<\/p>\n
